Open Premium and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. The purchase is one-time and tied to your Apple ID, not to a device.
No. It is a single payment. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
The first two items in every section, and everything about your safety or health — emergency numbers, the cards to show in Japanese, words for illness and hospitals, allergy and dietary explanations, and earthquake and typhoon guidance. We never put those behind a payment.

Yes. Tap the language button at the top right of any home screen. English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese are available.
